OneTwoLive is a Windows desktop application developed by Zephyros Studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when using the app, the website, and the license activation features.
OneTwoLive works primarily with files selected by the user on their own computer, such as audio files and setlist files. These files remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to move, share, or back them up independently.
When activating a full license, the app may process the email address used for purchase, the license key, and a device identifier needed to validate the license and enforce the permitted number of activations.
Payments are handled by an external payment provider, Dodo Payments. OneTwoLive and Zephyros Studio do not store credit card details inside the app.
The OneTwoLive website provides download, purchase, support, and informational pages. Any data provided voluntarily by the user, for example through support requests, is used only to respond to the request or provide the requested service.
Personal information is not sold. Information may be processed by service providers involved in payment, license activation, website hosting, Microsoft Store distribution, or support, only as needed to provide OneTwoLive and related services.
